Bed and breakfast “COLLE SANTANDREA”
We welcome you to our house, a tipical rural home, recently refurnished according to the criteria of environmental sustainability and situated among vineyards and olive trees. 
We are located on the hills of the Marche region in the countryside of Grottammare (Ascoli Piceno province ), near Ripatransone (AP), a small medieval village called “The balcony of Piceno” for its wonderful panoramic views. The beaches of Grottammare and Cupramarittima are just ten and five km away, San Benedetto del Tronto is nearby. We enjoy a superb view over the sea. Rome is two hours and a half far away.
We have photovoltaic panels for gene rating electric energy and solar hot water system to heat water.
There is a new pool (15×4 m.) and a wonderful garden (1000 m2).
The environment is quiet, relax is assured.
Sport: there are a lots of trekking paths and mountain bikes itinerary. We are also a Nordic walking center where is possible to learn the technique
Pets: dogs and cats are welcome
Home cooking: lunch and dinner on request. We cook natural seasonal food
Courses: we organize natural cooking courses based on organic ingredients; NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Neuro-Semantics courses together with the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS).
ACCOMODATION
We rent an apartment (two rooms) accommodating four people in one bedroom (kingsize) and in the living room where there is a sofa (accomodating two people). American Kitchen and bathroom.
We also have: an independent room (two beds) with bathroom direct on the garden; another room,the oldest of the house with beautiful arch, with a sofa (accomodating two people) inside the “casale” with independent entrance and private bathroom.

Extra charge for bed linen and towels.
Cleaning service for the apartment 30 euro.
Payment: 30% at reservation Pay attention: if you cant’n come for any reason the 30% will not be give back. If you arrive after the scheduled date or if you leave before the scheduled date of deparure, you have to pay all the period reserved.

HOW TO REACH US
Train: Cupra Marittima or Grottammare Station (only Regional Train), San Benedetto del Tronto Station (all the trains). Then Bus or taxi or rent a car to our B&B: half an hour by car.
Car: Highway of the Sun (A14) direction Bologna and then Ancona. Toll booth Grottammare. Turn left (don’t turn right even if you see the sign Ripatransone) direction to the see. At the traffic circle, take the third way and drive towards the center of Grottammare. At the fourth traffic lights (you’ll see a motorbike shop on the left) turn left and go up direction Ripatransone for about 8,5 km. Then, on the right, you’ll se a furniture exposition: Novarredo.
Turn right immediately and drive on a dirt road for about one km. After the grove you’ll see a yellow house: the B&B!
Plane Ancona airport is 80 km North; Pescara airport is 80 km South. There you can rent a car or take the train.
